Summary:We are seeking passionate, friendly, and customer-focused Full-Time Baristas to join our matcha cafe for a six-month contractual term until converted to regular. Our ideal candidates are not only knowledgeable about coffee and matcha but are also eager to learn more about these beverages. Good English language skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service are required. We're especially interested in individuals with a leadership mindset who can contribute to a positive team environment. Knowledge about matcha is a plus. Key Responsibilities:<ol><li data-list="bullet">Booth Setup and Organization: Set up the booth or workspace at the beginning of the shift, ensuring all equipment, signage, and supplies are ready for use.</li><li data-list="bullet">Inventory Management: Check inventory levels regularly throughout the shift, ensuring sufficient stock of ingredients, supplies, and materials. Report low-stock items to management for restocking.</li><li data-list="bullet">Making Drinks: Prepare a range of matcha and coffee beverages, strictly adhering to company recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality.</li><li data-list="bullet">Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly attitude, take orders accurately, and ensure timely delivery of products to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Answering customers’ questions about menu choices. Promoting and recommending menu options to customers.</li><li data-list="bullet">Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions accurately, providing the correct change, and recording sales properly. Ensure that the cash register is balanced at the end of the shift.</li><li data-list="bullet">Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure that the booth or work area remains clean and organized at all times, including surfaces, equipment, and utensils, to meet hygiene and safety standards.</li><li data-list="bullet">Restocking: Replenish supplies as needed during the shift to ensure smooth operations.</li><li data-list="bullet">Equipment Maintenance: Operate equipment properly, ensuring it is cleaned and maintained regularly to prevent malfunctions or breakdowns during the shift.</li><li data-list="bullet">Sales Reporting: Record daily sales accurately in the sales log at the end of the shift, including cash and digital transactions.</li><li data-list="bullet">Inventory Count: Conduct a detailed inventory count at the end of the shift to document remaining stock and prepare for the next shift or day’s operations.</li><li data-list="bullet">Coordinate with Management: Communicate with operations management regarding inventory needs, staffing issues, or any other concerns that arise during the shift.</li><li data-list="bullet">Upselling and Cross-Selling: Proactively promote additional items or special offers to customers, increasing the average transaction value.</li><li data-list="bullet">Assist with Break Coverage: Provide support to other team members by covering their duties during their break periods to ensure continuous service.</li><li data-list="bullet">Security and Safety: Follow all security and safety protocols, including safeguarding cash, equipment, and supplies, and ensuring the booth or workspace is properly secured at the end of the shift.</li><li data-list="bullet">Conflict Resolution: Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner, seeking management support when necessary to resolve issues.</li><li data-list="bullet">Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations, including clear communication during shift transitions.</li></ol> Skills and Qualifications:<ol><li data-list="bullet">Customer Service Oriented: Must possess a friendly demeanor, a willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy our customers, and a passion for building relationships.</li><li data-list="bullet">Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and work effectively within a team.</li><li data-list="bullet">Knowledgeable about Matcha and Coffee: Existing knowledge about these beverages is preferred. An eagerness to learn more about them is a must.</li><li data-list="bullet">Good English Language Skills: Strong verbal communication and comprehension in English are required for effective interaction with customers and the team.</li><li data-list="bullet">Detail Oriented: Must have an eye for details to maintain cleanliness, adhere to our beverage recipes, and manage inventory.</li><li data-list="bullet">Quick Learner: Willingness to adapt and learn new skills that improve personal performance and the cafe's success.</li></ol> What We Offer:We offer a daily rate of ₱650, a daily meal allowance of ₱150, and a 5-day workweek.
