It is known for its refined yet approachable dining experience, strong hospitality culture, and attention to detail in both food and service. <h2>Position Overview</h2>The Server / Front of House (FOH) team member is responsible for providing excellent guest service, from welcoming diners to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. <h2>Responsibilities</h2>• Greet guests and present menus.• Explain food and beverage items, including wine, cocktails, and coffee.• Take accurate orders, including allergies and special requests.• Recommend menu items and upsell when appropriate.• Send orders to the kitchen and bar promptly.• Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.• Clear and reset tables efficiently.• Manage reservations from online platforms.• Check in with guests and handle concerns politely.• Present bills and process payments.• Handle cash and tips accurately and according to policy.• Support teammates and follow health and safety standards.• Attend briefings and training sessions.<h2> </h2><h2>Qualifications</h2>• At least 1 year experience in F&amp;B or customer service (preferred).• Good communication skills and clear diction.• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.• Strong customer service skills and pleasant personality.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.• Basic math and cashiering skills.• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.• Punctual and reliable. <h2>Location</h2>497-C Rosa Building, Calbayog corner Esteban St., Mandaluyong City, NCR, Philippines<h2> </h2><h2>What We Offer</h2>✓ Michelin Selected 2026✓ Service Charge✓ Tips✓ Free Meals
