We are looking for a reliable and experienced Promo Merchandising Supervisor (Field Supervisor/Area Coordinator) to oversee and support our team of merchandisers or sales personnel across different supermarkets or boutique stores. The successful candidate will ensure proper execution of merchandising standards, monitor field activities, and coordinate with management to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, monitor, and support assigned merchandisers or sales personnel

• Ensure proper product display, availability, and compliance with merchandising standards

• Conduct regular field visits to different supermarkets or boutique stores

• Coordinate schedules, assignments, and reports

• Address field issues and provide timely solutions

• Submit accurate daily and weekly reports to management

• Communicate effectively with store personnel and internal team

Qualifications:

• Male or Female; Age 25 years old and above

• Proven experience in retail or merchandising

• Experience in handling merchandisers or field staff

• Familiarity with different supermarkets and retail operations

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple areas

• Willing to do fieldwork and travel as needed

• With own laptop and computer literate

• With basic requirements (SSS, PHILHEALTH, PAG-IBIG, TIN & updated NBI or Police Clearance)
