Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor daily departmental sales performance versus targets, identify causes of poor performance, and recommend solutions to the Regional Manager.
2. Proactively engage with customers, build strong relationships with top customers, and turn customer concerns into positive shopping experiences.
3. Ensure merchandise displays meet company standards and maintain cleanliness and functionality of fixtures and selling areas.
4. Conduct daily checks on team readiness, including product knowledge, promotions, store layout/services, grooming, posture, and customer greetings.

Key Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
2. At least 2 years of retail experience in a managerial role
3. Strong leadership and customer service orientation
4. Knowledgeable in basic business management processes
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
