Job Description

• Oversee the daily validation and posting of accounts payable transactions to ensure all payments are legitimate, accurate, and processed in a timely manner

• Examine accounting entries related to processed invoices to verify their correctness and compliance with company policies and accounting standards

• Regularly review budget reports to identify any variances or potential issues, and provide recommendations for adjustments or corrective actions as needed

• Address and resolve billing concerns and discrepancies in a timely and effective manner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• At least two (2) years proven experience as an Accountant or Accounting Supervisor

• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
