Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic floor/bottle service staff and hosts to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the success of our venue, The Bristol. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests across all our premium service areas, predominantly the nightclub.


This position offers an excellent opportunity for both experienced hospitality staff and individuals interested in starting their career within the industry.

Main responsibilities:


  • Greeting and seating customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Building a rapport and ensuring the seamless flow of service for our customers.
  • Making educated and personalised recommendations to guests, with the ability to upsell.
  • Anticipating customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their experience.
  • Processing payments and operating the POS system effectively.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to our VIP clientele in a nightclub environment
