What You’ll Be Working On

As a UX Intern at The Outsource People, you will be working on Vidaura, our most ambitious and daring product to date. Vidaura is a next-generation social media platform for recruitment that focuses on videos to highlight company culture and the personalities of job seekers. Your responsibilities will include:

- User Research: Conducting user research to understand the needs and preferences of small business owners, in-house HR teams, and agencies, particularly in the hospitality and retail sectors.

- Design: Assisting in the design and development of user interfaces that are intuitive, engaging, and effective in showcasing job seekers and company cultures.

- Prototyping: Creating prototypes to test and validate design concepts and gather feedback from users.

- Collaboration: Working closely with product owners, software engineers, and other UX engineers to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

- Innovation: Contributing to the continuous improvement and innovation of Vidaura to revolutionize the hiring process.
